Balancing lightness, performance and reliability, Salomon’s MTN Summit bindings make it easy to step in no matter the terrain, so you can have a better alpine touring experience.

The Flex-absorption system optimizes ski-flex, while the heel ramp increases stability and edge grip, for more fun and less effort on the mountain.

Binding Technologies

  • Patented Step-in aid: Easy step-in thanks to the patented guiding elements allowing the right positioning of the toe.
  • AutoFlex System
  • Wide Screw implementation: Wider screw implementation avoids pulling out of the bindings from the ski for added reliability.

Heel

  • PIN Heel: Heel Piece Energizer technology proven by being the most reliable concept in the Endurance Touring world. No need to turn the heel to manipulate the climbing aids.
  • Easy climbing aids manipulation: Ensures easy switch with the poles between climbing aid positions.

Main Material

  • Glass-Fiber PA: A dedicated polyamide reinforced with fiber-glass which makes bindings lighter, durable, and with more tolerance on skis.

Toe

  • PIN Toe: Easy step-in thanks to the patented guiding elements allowing the right positioning of the toe. Wider screw implementation avoids pulling out of the bindings from the ski.
