Bushtukah Discount Application Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains how discounts are applied to purchases at Bushtukah, both in our retail stores and online, so customers can shop with confidence and understand how promotions work.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all retail purchases made at Bushtukah, including in-store and online transactions, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of a specific promotion.

3. Definitions

• Discount: Any reduction from the regular retail price at Bushtukah, including promotions, coupons, promo codes, loyalty offers, price matches, or customer service adjustments.
• Promotion: A limited-time or campaign-specific offer provided by Bushtukah that includes a discount under clearly defined conditions.
• Regular Price: The standard advertised price of a product before any discounts are applied.

4. How Discounts Are Applied

• Discounts are applied at the time of purchase and are shown clearly on your Bushtukah receipt or order confirmation.
• Discounts cannot be applied after a purchase has been completed, unless required by law or explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Some products, brands, or categories sold by Bushtukah may be excluded from discounts and is subject to change. 

5. One Discount Per Item (No Stacking)

To keep pricing fair and consistent for all Bushtukah customers:

• Only one discount may be applied per item, unless a promotion clearly states otherwise.
• Discounts cannot be combined or stacked. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Promotional discounts combined with club discounts
2. Price-match adjustments combined with other promotions

6. Eligible Discount Types

Customers shopping at Bushtukah may be eligible for one of the following discount types per item:

• Promotional or seasonal sales
• Club discounts, which may only be applied to regular-priced items and are not valid on sale or discounted merchandise
• Price-match or customer service adjustments

Each discount type is subject to its own terms and conditions.

7. Exclusions and Limitations

• Certain items sold by Bushtukah may be excluded from discounts or promotions.
• Club discount limitations:

1. Only applies to regular-priced in-stock items. 
2. They cannot be applied in lieu of promotional discounts already in place.
3. They cannot be applied to special orders. 
4. They cannot be applied to labour services

• Minimum purchase requirements, quantity limits, or other restrictions may apply.
• Promotions are subject to change or end at any time without notice, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Refunds are issued based on the discounted price paid, not the regular price.
• If an item purchased with a discount is returned, the discount does not carry over to a replacement item.

9. Errors and Corrections

• If a pricing or discount error occurs, Bushtukah reserves the right to correct it in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
• In the event of a discrepancy, the terms of the promotion will take precedence.
