The new generation of PZERO Race TLR is the most performing tire in Pirelli's portfolio as well as being the first tire with a tubeless technology entirely made in Italy.

The introduction of the new SPEEDCORE technology in the 120tpi casing, features the use of a layer of compound mixed with aramid which covers the inner layer of the tire, improving either the smoothness and the resistance of the rubber.

Result: a less stiff but faster tire. The compound, on the other hand, maintains the same advanced SmartEVO technology, shared with the other high-performance tires in the PZERO range.

  • Better Grip and Rolling Resistance: SmartEVO Rubber Compound - The most advanced racing chemical formulation for road use, it was born from the Motorsport experience of Pirelli and the collaboration with the factory World Tour teams.
  • The new SmartEVO Compound features a single-compound formulation based on three different polymers, each of which provides opposite performances in a perfect blend.
  • The advanced mixture of polymers with 'smart' behaviors are the key elements of the SmartEVO Compound, providing better grip and rolling resistance in any weather condition.
  • Tire Casing: SpeedCore - The highest-performing tubeless-ready road casing in Pirelli's range, with a unique design that adds an aramid band within the tyre’s rubber layer.
  • This new structure adds strength and support to the tyre casing but retains a supple feel for minimal rolling resistance and maximum grip, compared to a tyre with a full bead-to-bead aramid construction.
  • The tyre also features a 120tpi nylon casing for added puncture protection and maximum security.
  • *28c and 30c width is compatible with hookless rims according to ETRTO 5bar/73psi max pressure limitations. 24c and 26c width are NOT compatible with hookless rims.
