Experience Flow 3 - Women's

Whether you are already an Altra loyalist or stepping into the brand for the first time, the Experience Flow 3 is an ideal touchstone for Altra’s neutral road lineup.

Unlike many Altra models built around a level, zero-drop platform, the Experience family uses a modest 4 mm heel-to-toe drop. This subtle offset makes the Flow 3 more accessible to a wider range of runners, promoting smoother efficiency and reduced strain through the lower legs.

In its third iteration, Altra refined the heel collar for a more comfortable, secure feel and updated the softer mesh upper to breathe even better. The result is a shoe that disappears on your foot, whether you are logging weekly miles, running errands, or heading out to meet friends.

Underfoot, the familiar EGO P35 midsole from version 2 returns, now tuned to feel slightly softer. It cushions impact more gently as mileage builds, while maintaining a lightweight ride with a hint of bounce. A new sockliner further smooths the feel, helping everyday road runs flow effortlessly.
