Featuring an outsole designed to grip the snow, no matter how deep or packed, and warm insulation designed from recycled materials to keep your feet safe from plummeting temperatures.

OUTSOLE: Winter Contagrip: For all winter conditions, the Winter Contagrip uses a unique compound that maintains adhesion in freezing temperatures. Lug patterns depend on usage.
MIDSOLE: EnergyCell: A high performance EVA foam that provides shock attenuation.
UPPER MATERIAL: PU coated leather: A polyurethane coated leather that protects it and makes it stronger to last longer.
UPPER CONSTRUCTION: Lace pocket: Provides easy storage for the Quicklace lacing system. sensiFIT. SensiFit cradles the foot from the midsole to the lacing system, providing a secure, snug, and virtually customized fit all around the foot.
SOCKLINER: Winter sockliner. Designed for cold temperatures, this sockliner features a 4mm layer of EVA foam for increased insulation, as well as a soft cover for extra comfort.
LACING SYSTEM: quickLACE: Minimalistic and strong lace for one-pull tightening. Easy-on, easy-off.
MEMBRANE: adv.DRY: Salomon's own 3-layer waterproof laminate. Made with a PFC-free membrane sandwiched between 100% recycled fabric and nylon backing.
INSULATION TECHNOLOGY: adv.WARM. Advanced cold-weather insulation that provides an excellent weight-to-warmth ratio with small air pockets between the fiber balls. Made from 70% recycled polyester.
